A link to the past

With Chicago returning to their rightful place in the sun, I thought it best to remind the world of their humble shuffling beginnings. This video brings us back to a simpler time, when refrigerators danced, pro-atheletes could play instruments, and folks just strutted for fun. A time when you could be so bad that everyone knew you were good. This post is dedicated to those forgotten gladiators of a bygone era.
** Update: The owner of the 'Superbowl Shuffle copyright removed all of the YouTube versions, dashing the hopes of countless lovers of the original video. But the joke is on the copyright baron, who will probably not sell too many more copies after the Bears's performance in the Superbowl...

Cheeky Monkey

I may be biased, but she seems to get cuter with every pound she gains in her cheeks.

A few unrelated thoughts

These last few weeks have been busy for J Danger
Bean and her uncle Michael staged an impromptu re-enactment of the signing of the Louvre Accord, which strategically stabilized international currency markets!

John stopped by to give a personal oration of 'Take a Gander at my Goose,' his new compendium of childrens tales. Although the audiece didn't understand English, she was quickly won over by the heart-warming tale of the young goose summarily brought down by his own hubris, and there was much rejoicing.

And finally, we give you food for thought: does tongue size correlate with greatness? If history has anything to say on the subject, we'll have to keep an eye on this little one in the future.

Happy New Year

Happy 2007!
To ring in the new year, we let J Danger take this picture all by herself.
This has been a big year for the little one.
She got to meet a slew of new people

First case of puppy love

Hit all the key milestones

And passed out at her first bar
